Nicola is an integral part of the OEM team after being part of the Empire Group for over 18 years. Nicola is responsible for the company's marketing and communications strategies, as well as overall branding and image whilst maintaining a rapport with our fighters and being their first port of call for all their needs.
Hayley Cartwright

Hayley joined the OEM team to follow her passion for both combat sports and the law. Having specialised in European Law for 6 years and bringing 12 years operational experience, her vast knowledge and attention to detail ensures our fighters are protected at all times.

As the Head of Video, Connor brings a vast knowledge in the art of videography. Being involved in the combat sports industry all his life, Connor has all the skills needed to create ground breaking videos, promos and reels for all our OEM platforms and fighters.
